シュール・ダダの雄叫び
戦争防災に無神経な国家防犯者諸君の首根っこに注ぎたい

今の時代は挙げてシュールなダダの時代である。ダダが日常化すると、疎外に充ちても平気になる。ダダイストたちは無力感で何もできないフツーの人々に成り下がる。意地を通すわけでも、シュプレヒコールで声を限りに叫ぶこともしない。世界を目覚めさせることが可能かどうか、投げ出したまま静観している。
ピカソのゲルニカを診よ。「ゲルニカ」はピカソ流のダダの叫びだ。丸木さんの原爆の絵は未来防災への警鐘なのに、それに気づく為政者は誰もいない。だからアメリカとイランとのやり取りはカードゲームで、遊びの道具。切り札に成り下がっている。世界中の為政者たちは嘆きを忘れた砂漠の砂丘。心の糧も摂らない、ひからびた土壌は戦場の常態化を招来する。
ダダイズムが最初に産声を上げたのは第一次世界大戦のさ中だった。誇りある「生」も「死」もない。飛行機、毒ガス、機関銃。無作為の殺戮が大量に拡がる。それが２０世紀の曙の1910年代に登場した。３０年後、第2次世界大戦。核戦争がそれに加わった。それが無慈悲を助長する。
現代は２０世紀のこの産物を全部背負って、無差別無思慮に無人怯えて逃げ回る。“生き物人間”は“人口品”（artifacts）の奴隷だ。
この滑稽感が「シュール・ダダイスム」を産んだ。
ヒロシマには原爆投下後、”グロい雨“が降り続き、それを浴びただけで、多くの市民が死んだ。
”ブルー・レイン“は水爆投下後に降る雨でその放射線要領はblack rain の1000万倍だと言われている。
世界中のダダイストたちよ気付けBlue Rainは来る。

A Small Present for the Simple-minded Dictators
Very simple matter but few of you know that in this world, in the 21st century, most of those countries with strong power weapon are controlled by some very simple-minded dictators. Weak and powerless as they know, they should know and be convinced they should protest and insist such phenomenon to be abandoned but clever enough not saying who is who, knowing very well the results with no fruits but helpless danger, Even if you know, you only know you yourself feel powerless therefore staying with pretention of his or her innocence as if not knowing anyway to solve.
The dadaists the first brave appeared in the midst of European big battles under the bullets of machine guns, aeroplanes, U-boats and poison gas. Dadaists were therefore obliged only to stay alive insisting their powerless situation such as Hemingway”s The Sun also Rises（1926）and A Farewell to Arms (1929).
The first three decades of the 20th century started with such dismay and nihilism. The 2nd dada is seen after WW2 . Mailor”s essay entitled The White Negro depicted lots of youngsters called “beatnics” before the outbreaks of the Vietnamese War (1964).
Well-known in the anti-Vietnamese war students discontents commotion and Beatnics in the 50es Beat emotion, both produced lots of Dadas and its trends lasted until 1973 when V-war ended.. Start line is US-Soviet Nuclear Bomb testing. Called war. Beat generation, Hippies, Anti-Vietnamese War student discontents, Counter-cultureorogist in the 50s, 60s, the early seventies.
Museums of Modern Arts in NYC shows lots of works enough to talking about.

Nowadays, 50 years after Antiwar commotion, We are now at the threshold of facing the 4th dadaism commotion. You, young boys and girls, You should be more considerate. Don’t be gullible. Be a doubtful man and endurable Sur Dada.
